Job title: Legal and Operations Officer

Overview
The position exists to efficiently develop, manage and monitor industry compliance, provide legal advice to ensure compliance with regulations, service agreements and policies.

Skills
• Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
• Strong communication skills both oral and written and excellent presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and organisation skills
• Excellent knowledge of pensions industry regulations
• Knowledge of zambian Labour Laws
• Ability to solve problems by applying relevant industry and business knowledge
• Must demonstrate teamwork, ability to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Law
• Member of Law Association of Zambia
• Previous Experience in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
• At least 2 Years working experience
