Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads, initiate conversations, and build relationships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential leads and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
2. Outreach & Engagement: Send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to generate interest in our services.
3. Prospecting & Research: Conduct research to find the right prospects based on our ideal customer profile.
4. Content Interaction: Engage with prospects by commenting on their posts, sharing insights, and participating in relevant LinkedIn discussions.
5. CRM Management: Track all outreach activities, responses, and lead status in a CRM system.
6. Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
8. Lead Qualification – Ensure that all leads meet the criteria before passing them to the team.
9. Data Management – Maintain a well-organized database of leads and interactions
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
2. Certificate in Digital Marketing Certifications is an added advantage
3. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, sales outreach, or business development.
4. LinkedIn : Interest in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools.
5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of lead nurturing.
6. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets consistently.
