Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a team in providing unforgettable experiences amidst a serene environment? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the operations of our lodge.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality and hospitality.
• Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Come up with promotions and packages to increase revenue
• Monitor lodge finances, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue generation.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.

Qualifications
• A diploma or higher in Hospitality Management
• Proven experience in lodge or hotel management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
