As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for
• Coordinating Exports/Imports and ensuring that they are in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards in the areas of shipment and supply.
• Tracking key Exports and imports supply chain metrics and update timely.
• Monitoring Export Regulations and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
• Responding to customer inquiries related to import and export activities in a timely manner
• Reviewing all Pre export documentation for accuracy and maintain international shipping documentation required per the company’s record retention policy.
• Monitoring the status of and recommending actions for for timely Export loading to protect against supply disruption.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work within the supply chain Department and coordinate Exports and Imports of Products. You’ll ensure that the products dispatched meet all Internal, Regional, global and Government requirements. Your role is critical to the success of the Local and Regional Supply chain.Your Challenge
• On time delivery of Products and of the right quality and right Time
• Coordination with colleagues and other employees on export and Import workflow In the supply chain department.
• External and internal stakeholder management to ensure No Supply chain disruptions

Key Stakeholders And Interactions
This role will report to the SUPPLY chain Supervisor and will have Great interactions with the following StakeholdersInternal: Warehousing, Quality assurance/Control, Finance & ProcurementExternal: SCCI, PQPS, Agribusiness, NBA, Transporters
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
• Diploma or Degree In supply chain management, Logistics and transportation or Equivalent.
• 2-5 years Experience in a similar or related role
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Knowledge in international trade and Government Regulations, ability to navigate in the ZRA Single window/SCCI system is an added advantage
