JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties
• To be able to liaise foreign and local suppliers for PO status, PO payments, deliveries, Factory acceptance tests, delivery, quality and warranty documents.
• To keep records of all supplies, POs, deliveries, payments
• Manage transportation of material from supplier to stores and to site.
• Manage fleet and fuel.
• Manage customs clearance of foreign material on time.
• Manage the warehouse officer.
• Ensure warehousing facilities neat and clean and practically arranged.
• Manage VAT and tax exemptions if any with suppliers.
• Manage loading, Offloading.
• Material Management
• Manage Safety & Security of material, warehouse

Profile
Language
• English
• Others (added advantage)

Education
• Bachelor of commerce, finance, procurement or equivalent
• Certification/ experience in clearing & freight forwarding, warehousing.

Experience
• The candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in logistics such as transportation, customs clearing, deliveries, warehousing.

Others
• Competent in driving minimum pickup, saloon vehicles with valid license
• Proficiency in Microsoft office – Excel , word, power point, project
• Knowledge on electrical line, solar, telecom material – added advantage
