JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Machine Operator
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Nash Import and Export is looking to hire an experienced Machine operator who can operate and maintain different types of machines such as the tea making machine, water and food packaging machines. The following are the duties and responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assembling, installing and setting up manufacturing equipment
• Operating machine equipment to complete production tasks
• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment
• Ensuring production targets are meet by the using the equipment in accordance to its capacity
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment and machinery
• Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
• Training others on how to operate the machine
• Ensuring health and safety precautions are taken around the machine

Qualifications & Skills
• At least a diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or any related course.
• A full grade 12 certificate.
• Hands on experience working with Machines.
• Excellent Mechanical skills including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs
• Quick troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good leadership and training skills
• Advanced knowledge of following blueprints and manuals

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Associate Degree
