JOB DETAILS:
Job Profile:
To undertake the maintenance of HPCZ buildings, plant & equipment and other structures to the highest standards of repair, presentation and hygiene. In addition, the Maintenance Officer may be responsible for cleaning tasks, lawn and garden maintenance.

Main duties:
• Undertakes the inspection and identification of equipment or machines in need of repair.
• troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs of building, plants and equipment Undertakes general repairs that do not require a specialised technician.
• Undertakes and performs routine maintenance of building systems.
• Undertakes and maintains checklists, documentation and other related records Supervises the cleaning and upkeep of the facilities.

Knowledge and skills requirements:
Primary/Secondary Education:
• Form V/Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate

Required Vocational/Professional Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electrical, plumbing or relevant fields

Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
• Two (2) years’ experience

Communication Skills:
Written Skills
• Able to write technical and analytical reports

Oral Skills:
• Able to communicate effectively in English
