PURPOSE: The ATS Maintenance Supervisor will have the authority and be responsible and accountable for the Maintenance Team they are managing.

  Job Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of a high school education or equivalent with technical training in the areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other related fields. Formal training may be considered as substitution for experience requirements with a minimum of two years’ work experience in commercial/domestic or industrial settings or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered
• A minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Previous experience supervising employees, including directing work, evaluating performance and coaching for improvement is also desirable but not required.
• Experience troubleshooting and correcting electrical or mechanical problems, maintaining inventory levels.
• Creative visionary and able to be innovative .
• self-motivated, proactive and confident
• Experience working with a diverse team
