Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related Business field.
• Practicing Human Resource License.
• In depth knowledge and experience in Zambian Labour laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking with minimum supervision or direction, including excellent analytical problem solving and organisation skills.
• Very good communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with and managing works committees.
