JOB DETAILS:
A 4 star lodge is looking to fill the managerial positions listed below. All positions require to send in a full CV and copies of certified qualifications and contactable references. All positions will be required to live on site:
General Manager:
Must have 5years experience with certified copies of internationally recognised qualifications from tourism and training institutions with references from previous employers.
Front of House and guest relations manager:
Must have had a minimum of 5years experience with certified copies of internationally recognised qualifications from tourism and training institutions with references from previous employers.
Food and beverage manager:
Must have had a minimum of 5 years experience with certified copies of internationally recognised qualifications from tourism and training institutions with references from previous employers. Must have hands on experience with food preparation and be capable of training cooks to a very high level of culinary preparation and waitering staffto silver service delivery.
The lodge is also looking for a full time Accountant:
Applicants must have had at least 10years experience with lodge/hotel accounts and have references from employers. He/she must be accredited with ZICA and have certified copies of qualifications. Applicants need to have their own accommodation in Livingstone and transport.
