Position Overview:
• We are seeking a talented Chinese to English Translator to facilitate effective communication between local employees and Chinese supervisors. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, clarity in instructions, and cultural understanding in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
• Translate verbal communications between Chinese supervisors and local staff during meetings, training sessions, and daily operations.
Translate written documents such as reports, emails, and technical specifications from Chinese to English and vice versa.
Assist in interpreting technical terminology and complex concepts to ensure accurate understanding across languages.
Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional communication needs.
Help create bilingual materials and documents to enhance communication efficiency and clarity.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with exceptional proficiency in written and spoken communication in both languages.
Proven experience as a translator or interpreter in a professional setting, preferably within mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of technical terminology related to mining and manufacturing processes.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate linguistic nuances effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
