  SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING MANAGER POSITION:
We are looking for an amazing, all in one data-driven inbound marketing Manager to be part of Astro Mobile. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish..

  Responsibilities:
• Conduct a formal Marketing analysis (digital, mobile, social and local) to identify key markets and customer trends.
• Conduct a competitive and Customer analysis and report findings to key stakeholders.
• Develop the Mobile Marketing strategy for Astro Mobile.
• Provide best practice research to channel clients (email, display, paid search etc) and facilitate cross functional sharing.
• Stay current on latest technology and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Identify the right marketing metrics to track and put the right tools to measure mobile market trends.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns.
• Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management.
• Create a marketing dashboard and maintain ownership.

Requirements:
• Full grade twelve certificate.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Master’s degree would be added advantage
• Some past experience in marketing mobile devices preferred.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
• Traffic, convert traffic into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Bonus skills
