JOB DETAILS:
  An Oil Marketing Company based in Ndola urgently seeks to employ a suitably qualified ; goal oriented and motivated lady in the following position:
MARKETING MANAGER (FEMALES ONLY).

Main Accountabilities /Duties
a) Appraise and contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
b) Prepares and conducts market research surveys to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
c) Attend to all assigned customers and monitor payments for timely execution of orders.
d) Collaborate with Sales Team in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for sales analysis and management decision making
e) Work out effective promotional activities to enhance sales, through events that will raise product visibility and awareness
f) Prepare content for publication of marketing materials and oversee distribution.
g) Prepare assigned sales consolidated Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports
h) Assist in updating Sales and Marketing related customer databases
i) Grow Sales in area of responsibility assigned, in accordance with Company business development set targets

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade Twelve or Form V Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels including English and Mathematics.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or any other Business related Qualification
• At least five (5) years’ work experience in a Sales and Marketing role
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing with a valid Certificate
