JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing a marketing team, and driving brand growth. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our business objectives and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand awareness.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal allocation of resources.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, vendors, and industry influencers.

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM and analytics platforms.
