JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Marketing /Sales Personnel
Job purpose
To develop and execute marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring the team. He/she will be expected to manage day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Key responsibilities:
• Carry out marketing research and develop marketing opportunities, plans, and identifying market trend
• Develop and present marketing strategies to meet the customers’ needs maintaining and building the business
• Maintaining relationships with customers by, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Ability to present company products and technical information to prospect and current clients
• Identify ways to improve performance and profitability of our poultry department
• Management of the set goals by prospecting, following up, and maintaining clients
• Implementing new marketing plans and advertising.
• Submit expense reports on a timely basis.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration and/or equivalent 4 years working experience in marketing or sales department.
• Previous work in Animal/ poultry production, sales, or management will be an added advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of poultry
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• The ability to work under pressure

Required Competencies and Skills
• Sales/Marketing skills, and presentation skills
• Computer software skills ( Microsoft Office, internet, etc.)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with confidence to negotiate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
