JOB DETAILS:
• Hello there!
• We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic Marketing and Administrative Marketing Assistant to join our young team!
• Marketing administrative assistants are the behind-the-scenes workers who keep marketing departments running smoothly. They commonly handle a wide range of clerical duties, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, creating presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Duties include but are not limited to:

Marketing Responsibilities :
• Supporting the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Providing market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
• Composing and posting online content on the company’s. and client’s website and social media accounts
• Producing marketing literature to strengthen the company’s and client’s presence in the market
• Coordinating and maintaining all branded merchandise, including inventory management, and ensuring that all new merchandise meets the firms and clients brand guidelines
• Participate in creative brainstorms to share your original ideas and see them brought to life in expansive digital campaigns.
• Be a part of the full content creation process, from filming and editing TikTok videos and working with the graphic design team and imaginative copywriting.
• Assist with day-to-day social media management, including scheduling, publishing, and community management.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and create reactive content. Also, helping the team stay up to date on the latest platform updates.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media
• Providing support to the team by answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling meetings
• Scheduling in briefs and de-briefs to the design team.
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

Admin Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the marketing team, clients and partners in relation to marketing strategy.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
• Creating marketing material, case studies, and presentations.
• Preparing reports on marketing activities, including costs, revenue generated, and customer feedback
• General administrative office duties as may be required

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills
• Related job and internship experience.
• Digital marketing experience will be an advantage
• Driver’s Licence will be an advantage
