JOB DETAILS:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for proactive and charismatic Retail Sales Assistants to join our team.
Working within a small and friendly retail team where everyone looks out for each other, teamwork and the ability to build relationships are key to this Sales Assistant role. We are looking for Retail Sales Assistants who will proactively approach every customer and deliver a true retail customer experience.

Key duties will include:
1. To deliver ‘wow’ through excellent customer service. Customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process.
2. Drive and deliver sales targets by cultivating customer relationships
3. Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
4. Ensure accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs.
5. Support the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks
6. Maintaining up to date records in the shop
7. Carry out stock take

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma in any field of study.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service and have a passion for natural health products/ sales.
4. Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player
5. Excellent PC skills, including MS office and Excel

JOB DETAILS:

Umoyo is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
This position involves selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.

Responsibilities

1. Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
3. Reach out to customer leads
4. Ensure customers satisfaction
5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
6. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
2. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
3. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
4. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
5. Diploma in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
