JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field.
-Be a member of the ZIHRM
– Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a FMCG manufacturing
– Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Zambia.
– Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
– Certification in HR management or operations management is a plus.
