Job Description
Facilitate off the job classroom PowerPoint presentations – this includes all compliance/competencies/generic courses for all Process Plant Operations. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct theory and practical assessment
• Coach and mentor candidates on the job in order to improve Process efficiency / Recovery and improve production.
• Conduct both Field and Classroom Trainings.
• Implement Daily/weekly Training assignment schedule.
• Assists with development of Training Material and Assessments in accordance with end users.
• Assists with development of operator learning materials and documentation (Manuals, PowerPoint and assessment tools)
• Safe operation of all the Equipment under jurisdiction
• Report the daily training activities through the Daily Training Daily individual report.
• Any other duties as assigned

  Job Qualifications:
• Full Grade twelve certificate
• A proven record of 3 years’ experience in Training & Assessing
• Certificate in Computer skills (Word, Excel PowerPoint & Outlook) added advantage.
• Skills / Training in Milling, Crushing and DMS operations would be advantage.
• At least Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
