Job Title: MONITORING &EVALUATION SPECIALIST

Level: 3.II

Reports To; DIRECTOR

Job Description

  • Lead the establishment of an M&E system for the Ministry.
  • Facilitate the development of the performance indicators to help the measurement of result.
  • Facilitate data collection of the implementation the ministry programs.
  • Develop and implement the monitoring and evaluation plan for the sector of sport and culture
  • Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports on strategic plan and policy implementation
  • Monitor implementation of all ministry programs Analyze and Consolidate the reports of Ministry programs
  • Maintain database of Natural Resources programs.
  • Follow up on the implementation and reporting on various resolutions from within and outside of the Ministry.
  • Follow up on implementation and reporting on resolutions and decisions formulated during top leaders 'meetings, retreats and Fora in relation to the Ministry;

Job Profile

A0 in Management, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, Strategy Management with 3 years of working experience or Master's Degree or Equivalent in Management, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, Strategy Management

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Rwandan Public Service and Labor sector;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Coordination, Planning & Organizational Skills;
