A. CORPORATE SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
BRAND AND COMMUNICATIONS UNIT
1. BRAND MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER * 1
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s overall marketing and communications strategy.
Job Key Responsibilities:
• Providing input into developing the Bank’s brand and developing comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure effective brand management.
• Identifying target markets and develop strategies to communicate with and to market them.
• Conduct research into attaining customer marketing insights
• Formulating and implementing a long term Retail and Corporate marketing and communication Strategy for pushing Banks products to the target market segments.
• Ensuring a consistent brand message is delivered across all communication channels and to all segments.
• Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
• Planning, coordinating and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns in order to enhance IZB’s image in the market and increase brand awareness.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Developing value propositions aligned to customer expectations and maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant Bank functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Recommending supportive activities for introducing products and channels on the market in coordination with the product development committee.
• Developing incentive programs for the increase of sales through the use of market research results and also monitoring competitor activities.
• Explore ways to improve new and existing product and services offering to increase overall profitabity.
• Manage the production of promotional materials in collaboration with the Corporate Services team and support lead generation initiatives.

2. MARKETING AND GRAPHIC OFFICER *1
Job Purpose
The Graphic Officer will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Bank, with a focus on creative content development, layout, and design.
Job Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage content For the Bank’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers’ needs.
• Responsible for layout and updates to company marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and the corporate website.
• Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
• Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
• Provides support for portal and website administration and other activities
• Experience in digital marketing.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least 5 years of similar experience – Advertising Agency/Commercial Bank is desired
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, digital marketing.

3. MARKETING OFFICER *1
This role is responsible for assisting the Bank’s overall Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager to deliver the Brand and Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Plan Execution: Assist in the implementation of marketing plans across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media presence across different platforms, creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions.

Job Purpose

BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT UNIT
1. DIGITAL SALES MANAGER*1
Job Purpose
• The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the Bank’s Digital Sales. Digital Sales Manager will drive and expand the digital needs of a customer, target new customer segments, and grow your customer base beyond geographical limitations
• Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to drive sales growth.
• Coordinate and integrate of the Banks platform with the IT function for acquisition of customers.
• Manage a team of digital sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum performance.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits and adjust budgets as needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing efforts.
• Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
• Manage and Administer Alternate Delivery Channel (Digital Banking) of the Bank i.e. Mobile banking, Internet Banking, Payment Gateways, ATM etc.
• Market for products which include ATM, POS, KIOSK, Fast Track Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Electronic Payment and any other Digital Financial Services under purview.
• Align and develop digital sales vision and strategy in line with business strategy.
• Ensure & monitor all operational & backward processes of all delivery channels including all sorts of dispute Management.
• Assess the training requirements of the branch heads and RMs and ensure they receive adequate and relevant training.
Qualifications and Experience

2. RETAIL DIRECT SALES AGENTS
Job Purpose
The Direct Sales Agents are responsible for finding prospective customers and closing the sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation – Proactively identify and prospect potential Retail customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, online marketing, and community engagement.
• Sales – Present the Retail products, clearly articulating its features, benefits, and terms. Effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Cross Selling: Thorough knowledge of the Bank products and services in order to cross sell the same and leverage on other products and services that customers are availing.
• Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Product Knowledge – Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Retail product, including interest rates, loan terms, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Sales Targets – Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets established by Indo Zambia Bank.
• Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. Provide regular reports to the Retail Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits, including English and Mathematics. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 years of proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the financial services sector.

B. AUDIT DEPARTMENT
1. MANAGER IT AUDIT *1
Job Purpose
The Manager will support the Internal Audit Function to deliver the assurance assignments, execute planned audits in line with the audit plans and prepare reports of audit findings in accordance with the Bank’s risk management guidelines, internal control procedures and the Bank’s strategic objectives. Be responsible for conducting risk-focused audits; advising business units on the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls; and promoting compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures, accounting standards, control policies, and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out regular review of Bank IT systems and analysis of financial data to provide early warning signs needed for further investigations
• Perform revenue assurance engagements regularly highlighting areas of weakness and making recommendations for correction of anomalies noted.
• Review of daily system generated reports to ensure data integrity and reperform computations using ACL to ensure accuracy of data.
• Participate in the planning of auditable areas including risk assessment and drawing up of audit programs to identify areas of great concern and focus of audit resources.
• Conduct audits either individually or as part of a team so as to give assurance as to the effectiveness of controls and other risk mitigating measures.
• Write reports on the work done and make the necessary recommendations for improving controls and operational efficiency.
• Manage the audit files to ensure that audit findings are well supported.
• Conduct special tasks including investigating as will be assigned from time to time to achieve specified objectives.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of statutory / BOU returns.
• Timely preparations of a comprehensive audit plan of assigned areas.
• Systematic and organized audit working papers.
• Organized execution of audits.
• High quality of working papers and reports of audit findings.
• Timely submission of verified statutory returns to BOU.
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 with five credits including English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or a related business field.
• Poses certifications: Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other related certifications.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Audit, IT Audit, or IT Risk Management, with 3 years’ experience at supervisory level.
• A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, ACCA/CA Zambia)
is an advantage.
• Excellent project oversight and leadership skills with a keen interest in process improvement.
• Superior time management skills, with ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Exposure to the regulatory landscape of the banking industry.
• Risk data and/or modelling, model risk management experience is an asset.

1. CREDIT ANALYSTS: CORPORATE/RETAIL/MSME/AGRIC/PUBLIC SECTOR/LARGE & GLOBAL CORPORATES
Origination and review of Corporate & Investment Banking, Retail, SME Banking, Agricultural Banking, Public Sector credit applications. Pro- actively support the sales force by assessing credit risk of assigned portfolio/accounts with a view to minimizing loss and maximizing Risk Adjusted Revenues through the Credit review process and assist with account maintenance.
Job Summary:
The Credit Analysts in the Retail or Corporate Banking Segment is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of individual borrowers, ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policies, and maintaining a quality retail loan portfolio. The role focuses on consumer loans, personal loans, and mortgage financing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Reatail or Corporate customers’ risk using credit skills, ratio analysis, cash flow projections using Bank’s provided platforms, evaluation of parent support policies, credit grading and judgment of management and strategy
• The evaluation and analysis of Corporate syndicated credit proposals.
• Jointly structured facilities with Relationship Managers/Branch Heads to meet individual client’s needs with a view to maximizing earnings and minimizing risk and bad debts
• Evaluation and analysis of green asset financing transactions. Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of potential green projects and assets, evaluating their financial viability, environmental impact, and alignment with green finance standards
• Analyze and structure financing transactions ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of large and global corporations. This critical role involves assessing complex financial structures, understanding global market dynamics, and providing insightful credit recommendations to support multinational lending decisions.

• To ensure that all credit conforms to internal Credit Policy and regulatory guidelines
