Job Description

• Designs, implement, configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
  
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
  
• Design and set standards for different government institution on Network (WAN/LAN)
  
• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
  
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  

Job Profile

A0 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information and Communication Technology with
3 years of working experience or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information and Communication Technology

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required :

• Ability to research and analyze technology problems, issues, and program requirements.
  
• Knowledge of the principles, methods of IT project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with others under pressure and solve problems
  
• Strong attention to detail organizational skills.
  
• Ability to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies
