JOB DETAILS:
We are looking to hire a Senior Independent Marketing Executive with experience in marketing and selling in a cleaning based business to help drive company sales.
Position: Non Executive Marketing Director.(Consultant)

Responsibilities:
• Able to get contracts
• Lead the development of B2B and B2C marketing strategies to generate more sales
• Optimize results to replicate successes
• Prioritize workflow and identify new business opportunities
• Help improve processes and explore approaches
• Remain knowledgeable of all company products and services to facilitate sales efforts
• Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships
• Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Source and secure sponsorship

Role qualifications:
• BA required, MBA preferred
• 10+ years experience in sales, marketing or product development in a cleaning based business
• Must have well established business relationships
• Experience creating segment value propositions using behavioural, cultural and economic insights.

• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at a senior level
• Flexible and adaptable – able to navigate in ambitious circumstances
• Strong analytical orientation and critical thinking ability
