Mima Sanitation Services is seeking an Administration Officer for our Garden Office, for an IMMEDIATE START.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and experienced Office / Administration Officer to join our team. We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running with an open and innovative work style. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring our Reception is highly organised, functional and professional, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all times.
• Organising and proactively maintain office space and supplies, including employee uniforms, office supplies and other consumables.
• Effectively manage contractors and coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure ground staff, meet and exceed the KPI’s.
• Proactively action all admin tasks (e.g. -Accounts payable, purchase order entry)
• Continuously looking at ways to improve current admin practices.
• Day to Day management of office admin and supporting Management as required.

Job Qualifications:
• Current Driver’s License
• Experience in a similar role.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin / Accounting or a related field.
• Accounts payable experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in managing a team or multiple contractors.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to take initiative, work independently and as a team.
• Experience preparing contracts and tender documents will be highly regarded.
Job Education Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin / Accounting or a related field.
