JOB DETAILS:

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Clerk with experience in human resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our HR department with administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of our office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse and dynamic team in the manufacturing and mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information as needed.
Assist with payroll processing and verification.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Clerk or similar role, with a focus on human resources functions preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus.
