Position: Online Sales Agents
Overview
3E Digital Games is an online Lottery games provider operating in Zambia. The company aims to be one of the leading tech savvy online Lottery games in Zambia in a friendly, easy and convenient way.
We are inviting ambitious, self-motivated, well spoken individuals to apply for the positions of Online Agents.

Job Brief
An Online Agent is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. He/she must be able to promote a specified number of promotional messages and effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; ensure professionalism, maintaining customer satisfaction and awareness everyday, as well as maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements
• Must be very familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, emails and have excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
• Must be able to quickly learn and familiarize him/herself with the 3E Digital Game Platform, marketing strategy and must be willing to undergo a training course that may go up to 3 days and the company’s Policies, Rules and Regulations.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• 12 certificate with a Credit or better in English
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bemba/Nyanja/both
• Must live within walk-able distance from Lusaka International School (LICS) Area in Roma
