Overview
3E Digital Games is an online Lottery games provider operating in Zambia. The company aims to be one of the leading tech savvy online Lottery games in Zambia in a friendly, easy and convenient way.
We are inviting ambitious, self-motivated, well spoken individuals to apply for the positions of Online Agents.
Job Brief
This role of Online Sales Agents reports to the Sales Supervisor.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
• Achieve sales targets by successfully implementing sales plans as directed by the Sales Supervisor;
• Create, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; and
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the services and competition status.
• REQUIREMENTS
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Grade 12 school with certificate with a Credit or better in English
• Must live within walk-able distance from Lusaka International School (LICS) Area in Roma and below the age of 25years
