JOB DETAILS:
Banani International School is hiring an Operations/Maintenance Manager to oversee safety, security, maintenance, and development of school facilities, including buildings, grounds, vehicles, and other properties. This role involves supervision, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating activities among departments.

Requirements:
✓Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
✓At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
✓Experience in an academic or training institution preferred.
✓Membership with the Engineering Council of Zambia or similar regulatory body.
✓Computer literacy and knowledge of electrical, mechanical tools, and motor vehicles.
✓Understanding of Banani’s vision is an advantage.

Key Duties:
✓Ensure safety and maintenance of all school facilities and properties.
✓Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance, grounds, janitorial, transport, and security teams.
✓Develop and implement security and emergency procedures.
✓Manage staff schedules, timekeeping, and training.
✓Oversee vehicle repairs, servicing, insurance, and documentation.
✓Review campus management policies and recommend improvements.
✓Other duties as assigned.
