JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for a processing line
• Responsible for machine maintenance and repairs of the processing line
• Responsible for achievement of daily production targets on the line
• Responsible for product quality on the processing line
• Ensure that process waste is capped within the stipulated limits
• Managing a team of subordinates
• Conduct reconciliation of daily production
• Make reports to the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
• Grade twelve (12) School Certificate
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Technician
• At least Three (03) Years of experience in Manufacturing
• Exposure to Filter/Cigarette making environment is advantageous
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: High School
