JOB DETAILS:
The key purpose of this role is to safely operate and maintain the cellars and yeast plant to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost, consistently supply beer of the right quality and on time to the filtration section and ensure there is yeast availability to meet production demand.

Key roles and responsibilities:
• Operate yeast propagation system
• Control yeast recovery, scrapping and additives control
• Operate waste yeast autolysis system
• Operate the Beer recovery plant
• Prepare for maintenance tasks
• Conduct autonomous maintenance tasks – ATO, CIL
• Schedule completion
• Monitor and control brewing process
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment-comply with safety standards and requirements
• Operate plant and process equipment- e.g., Centrifuge

Minimum Requirements:
• Full Technician Certificate (FTC)
• 2-3 months on the job training
• 1 year in manufacturing industry
