Madison Health & Risk Management Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following position based at its subsidiary- Madison Health Opticians Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
General Management
• Sales Management
• Inventory Management
• Monitor quality control of products and services
• Ensure a pleasing experience for customers
• Planning, directing and coordinating eye care services
• Ensure that the Company’s operations are efficient and effective as to advance the profit and other objectives of the company – Full P&L responsible
• Ensure that the company’s processes and administrative environment remain efficient and effective at all times.
• Assist in developing and implementing the strategic goals and initiatives of the optical center
• To meet the strategic objectives, targets, budgeted income and profits of the companies as agreed from time to time.
• Assure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously review the performance of the company and make recommendations to the Managing Director on measures to be taken for improvement.
• Quality reporting and analysis, while making recommendations and advice to management and assisting with the implementation of these recommendations to improve performance
• Ensuring that all internal and external audit recommendations are promptly and timely addressed.
• Sourcing for suppliers
Marketing, Product Development and Distribution Channels
• Source for and introduce new products.
• Develop and implement new distribution channels.
• Develop and implement new Strategic alliances.
Capacity Building
• Responsible for enhancing capacity in junior staff.
• Ensure that staff training and development plans are in place and managed to the full expectations of the company.
• Train key personnel as way of transferring skills to enhance capacity in Staff.
Job Skills:
• Must hold a valid practicing license with HPC
• At least five years’ experience in retail shop management
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
• Advanced computer skills
• Inventory Management skills
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field
