JOB DETAILS:
Exponent Bizolutions Ltd is a Pan African Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Organization that specializes in BPO, consultancy services, retention and churn management, campaign execution, sales lead generation, quality assurance management, market research and survey, training and recruitment.
We seek to recruit suitable and qualified candidates for the position of Outbound Call Center Agent.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.

Qualifications:
• Must have a complete Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma in any related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Good typing speed and computer skills, particularly with regard to Microsoft office applications
• Basic Computer Knowledge
