JOB DETAILS:
Provide the necessary APIs to enable pull or push data to other systems
Basic interactive dash boards to avail as much information as possible to client
Manage uploads to an FTP server for specific agreed data
Manage reports via download and not limited to defaulted payments, Received, scheduled, etc.
Be able to send receipt information via email, WhatsApp or have them downloadable via the various platforms.
Overall, the developer is welcome to add functionality which will enhance the IAZ requirements or add value to IAZ requirements.

Tasks to be performed by the Consultant
• Integration to the Digital Motor Vehicle Insurance Certificate System (DiMVIC) for purpose of
• Pushing required data to the DiMVIC
• retrieving vehicle insurance information from DiMVIC,
• Pushing and retrieving payment related data to and from DiMVIC;
• Integration to the member company core business solution for purpose of
• Pushing required data to the core application
• retrieving vehicle insurance information from core application
• Pushing and retrieving payment related data to and from core application
• mplementation of required linkages to for facilitation of automatic emails, alerts and SMSs to the client for improved collaboration
• Set up Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) with a reliable hosting provider including support
• Aid clients without API development capabilities to accomplish the same
• Design, develop and implement the system in line with the objectives in 6.1 above
• Integrations with any third-party Core solutions and other Applications
• Deliverables
• Deliver as per the requirements outlined in 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 above
• Provide the IAZ portal to allow the general public to make payments for various insurance products via mobile money, VISA and bank on USSD and web portal
• Develop USSD menu to enable general public to select insurance company and product to pay for
• Integrate USSD to Mobile network operators
• Integrate Web Portal to mobile money service operators
• Develop application programming interface (API) for Insurance companies to integrate to their to Underwriting software and other stakeholders to integrate to their CRM or ERP solutions
• Provide member companies dashboard for accountability of receipts for different stakeholders for different products and services
• Provide comprehensive reports for accountability of receipts for different stakeholders for different products and services.
• Manage short and provider aggregation.

Qualifications and Experience
• Entity must have a valid PACRA certificate
• Entity must have a valid NAPSA certificate
• Must have a Bank of Zambia (BoZ) License
• Must have valid ZRA Tax Clearance
• Must have a Valid ICTAZ certificate
• Must have a Valid Payment Association of Zambia License
• The developers /consulting firm should have at least a minimum of 3 technical members of staff
• Must show evidence of having working payment gateways.

The developers/consulting firm will be required to submit at most a 10 paged response outlining firm profile, profiles and skill set for the developing team only, Profile of project lead and proposed conceptual functionality.

The consulting firm will be required to include a financial proposal in their submission.
