JOB DETAILS:
The payroll Officer will be in-charge of running the Entire Payroll system of the Organization.

DUTIES:
• Handle all payroll Data.
• Ensure Employees are paid the right amounts on time.
• Auditing & verifying, time keeping records.
• Managing Deductions and Overtime.
• Ensure Salary Payments comply with local laws.
• Track employee work hours.
• Issue employee Pay-checks at the end of the Pay Period.
• Processing of Tax and other Statutory Payments (NAPSA, PAYE, NHIMA, Withholding Tax etc)

SKILLS:
• Excellent Attention to Detail.
• Excellent Mathematical & Calculation skills.
• Good written and Computer Skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with Credit or Better in Mathematics and English.
• ZICA Technician or its Equivalent.
• Previous Experience In Similar Position will be an Added Advantage.
