Overview
We’re looking for a passionate HR professional with 7-8 years’ experience. This role will see you contributing to the development of our most valuable asset – Our People!

Duties and responsibilities:
• Effective management of employee relations with a strong understanding of the labour legislation
• Effective attraction, selection and recruitment of people
• Change Management
• Effective business partnerships
• Effective management of employee relations and climate (including retention)
• Effective HR Administration (including compliance)
• HR Project management
• Facilitation of diversity, change and transformation processes
• Effective management of talent and succession planning
• Effective leadership and team management
• Effective self-management

Requirements:
• 7-8 years’ experience in a HR generalist role preferable in a service related or FMCG environment with
• 2-3 years in a management/leadership position
• Relevant Diploma/ Degree at NQF Level 7

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
