JOB DETAILS:
We are a small and growing digital marketing agency.
Our director needs the services of a personal assistant to help with organizational efficiency. .

Job Skills:
• Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.
• Being presentable and neat.
• Computer literate.
• Good with routine and repetitive tasks.
• Social Media knowledge or skill.
• Openness and willingness to learn new skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to follow detailed written instructions.
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in any admin related course.
• Some of the duties of the PA include:
• Attending to and welcoming visitors.
• Making sales calls and appointments on warm leads and past clients.
• CRM management.
• General admin and logistics support.
• Personal social media brand management
Posting social media content.
• Content repurposing.
• Running personal errands.
• Helping to keep a diary of appointments.
• Assisting with monitoring of client happiness.
• Helping with managing director’s phone calls.
Job Education Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or related field
• A professional accounting qualification would be an advantage
