JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must be a Zambian with a minimum age of 23 years
• Must have a full Grade 12 Certificate
• Must have 120/65 words per minute shorthand and typing speed
• Have 2 years experience
• Having worked in a government institution or statutory body will be an added advantage
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Package
DUTIES
The successful candidate will report to the Head, Human Resource and Administration and will be responsible for:
• Typing timely all correspondence for the Direct to ensure high standards of the
• documents/correspondence.
• Receiving daily all confidential and other documents from both internal and external sources for the Director's appropriate attention and action.
• Attending promptly to the Director's main telephone line in order to enhance timely communication and recording of the messages.
• Keeping accurately records of the Director's appointments and assignments in order to ensure timely attention and action.
• Receiving visitors well, making and serving beverages to visitors in order to enhance the image of the office.
• Taking accurate dictation and transcribes promptly in order to facilitate the typing of correspondence.
