Under the supervision of the Physiotherapist, you will be involved in ensuring the provision of physiotherapy services at the mine clinic.
Your duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: –
• Work under the supervision of the Physiotherapist in providing physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, and treatments to a wide range of clients requiring the services of the Physiotherapist as referred by Clinicians.
• Carry out pre-employment functional assessment of all prospective employees both LMC and business partners on a task specific requirement
• Assist in managing the workplace rehabilitation program for patients
• Liaise with other health care professionals to provide the optimum management of patients.
• Maintain up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients

To be considered for the position, the applicant must have the following.
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Physiotherapy from a reputable training institution.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and must have strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve team safety awareness.
• Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas
