JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• The job holder will oversee our plastic products manufacturing plant and will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of production workers to ensure the production of quality products and optimization of the processes to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including machine operators, packagers, and quality control personnel.
• Production Management: Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting production targets.
• Quality Control: Maintain high product quality standards, implement quality control processes, and address any non-conformance issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, enforce safety regulations, and conduct regular safety training for production staff.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate material orders to meet production demands.
• Machine Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure that equipment and machinery are in good working condition.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality reports, and performance metrics.

Qualification and experience:
• A-levels/IB certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in plastic production/processing fields.
• 6+ months supervisory experience with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of plastic-based products manufacturing processes and equipment.
