JOB DETAILS:

To supervise the provision of engineering and public address services in order to facilitate the dissemination of information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director-ZANIS and shall be responsible for:
• Supervising effectively installation of equipment, fittings and appliances in order to facilitate their operation;
• Supervising timely maintenance and repair of equipment, fittings and appliances in order to prolong its lifespan and restore it to working condition;
• Supervising effectively provision of technical support in the delivery of public address and mobile video show services in order to facilitate smooth dissemination of information;
• Supervising effectively provision of graphic design services in order to facilitate broadcasting and transmission of television, radio and social media content;
• Supervising effectively the decommissioning of obsolete equipment in order to facilitate its disposal;
• Supervising effectively the provision of printing services in order to facilitate information dissemination and income generation;
• Supervising effectively the implementation of television and radio programme schedule in order to ensure orderly delivery of programmes; Supervising timely the development of work plans and implementation of the performance management system in order to monitor, evaluate and

QUALIFICATIONS
The applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate with a minimum of five (5) Credits including English Language and Mathematics or its equivalent;
• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics or its equivalent;
• Six (6) years working experience; and
• Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
