The key purpose of this role is to manage, maintain and improve efficiencies of PLC software and hardware, general electrical and Instrumentation for the plant. Develop competence throughout the business on PLC, SCADA, control and electrical systems to ensure effective plant maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support PLC and SCADA hardware and software standards for site
• Plan and implement PLC maintenance
• Support line teams with PLC and SCADA troubleshooting
• Optimize maintenance costs, track and monitor the departmental expenses
• Optimize control systems
• Field instrumentation maintained and calibrated
• Measuring devices maintained and calibrated
• Calibration of new instruments and equipment
• Apply problem solving and decision making techniques/principles.
• Ensure 5 whys are completed for every abnormal operation on time
• Ensure ABR are completed when the ABR triggers are hit
• Find and eliminate the root causes to the problems
• Develop employees training on SCADA systems
• Manage and apply personnel practices
• Implement performance management systems
• Communicate effectively in the workplace
• Facilitate effective team dynamics
• Maintain and Support Electrical Standards for Site as per Group Standards
• Plan and Implement maintenance of Electrical Systems, PLC & SCADA Systems in accordance with COSWIN
• A&C, E&I standards maintained to AB-InBev standards

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree: Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Siemens PLC training
• Advance SIMATIC Training plus 12 months on the job training
• Experience with SCADA System maintenance
