JOB DETAILS:
Are you a recently qualified Electrical Engineer with boundless energy and enthusiasm? AMSI Zambia invites applications from dynamic individuals to join our team in the heart of Zambia.
Role:
• Collaborate with business units to devise strategies that drive company revenue growth.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to shape effective revenue generation strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies and guidelines for new product innovations.
• Gather customer feedback and propose product improvements.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on product development.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new business ventures.
• Support the marketing team in crafting profitable sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct product and sales training sessions for the marketing team.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional events.
• Participate in new product introductions and releases.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for product engineering, development, management, and sales.
• Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure their satisfaction.Collaborate with the business team to acquire and retain customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales processes, and market dynamics.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related activities.
• Conduct product and sales training with suppliers.
• Support warehouse stock management, order processing, and deliveries.
• Willingness to relocate as required.

Requirements :
• A degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Filtration.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid Passport.
• Clear Criminal record.
