Job Responsibilities
• Liaisewith business analyst and technological sections/departments in definingproduct technical Requirements specifications
• Assistwith the development of a long-term ISP product strategy and determine lineextensions
• Ensuredevelopment of training programs and technical support guides for the productsuite
• Provideinputs to communication team in Marketing department for ISP communications(adverts and MTN website contentof ISP products)
• Liaisewith the sales, distribution and customer operation departments to getfeedback on product performance and customerrequirements
• Assistthe Management of the product development cycle from concept to launch
• Assistwith the definition of the needs all market segments and ensure delivery isin line with MTN Rwanda specification and business plan
• Monitor,track, evaluate and assist with refining strategies for the product portfolioand deployment within the corporate, SMEs andresidential segments
• Assistwith identifying the needs of ISP customers to enable development of valuepropositions and integrated hybrid solutions foreach market segment
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in I.T. or computer Science
• With Minimum of 3years experience working with product concept design In this field and preferably in Telcom industry
• Trainings in product and new services, Knowledge in Modelling is an added advantage
