As Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for
• Ensuring reliable seed supply
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Reliably produce and supply seed of acceptable quality and yield in alignment with business objectives.
Ensure reliable and sustainable seed production in line with the business strategy

Your Challenge
• Seed growers recruitment and contracting
• Providing effective agronomic support to seed growers
• Ensuring compliance with Corteva policies
• Delivering on the yield and quality objectives to ensure reliable supply
• Driving field productivity improvement

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
• Minimum 3 working years experience in hybrid seed or row crops production
• Valid SCCI seed inspection and sampling certification + AIZ registration
• Minimum Degree qualification in Agronomy, Plant science or related field
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
