We are seeking to hire qualified, dedicated and experienced Rwandan National for the “Program Manager” position for our Rwanda Country Program to be based at the Head Office in Kigali with frequent travel to field locations.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Program Manager (PM) will support the Country Director in providing strategic leadership and management of all FH Rwanda programs/projects’ activities as well as increasing funding portfolio through proposal development, networking, fund raising and managing donor relations. In close collaboration with the Country Director, the PM will lead the programs teams in aligning the FH Rwanda programs with FH corporate strategy while also ensuring program quality across the country.
