JOB DETAILS:
Overview
The position requires a candidate with a balance between strong technical skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills, which are collaborative and progressive.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Education, Demography, Social Sciences or another relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years SRH and HIV programming experience in a development organisation
• An in-depth knowledge of Sexual Reproductive Health issues in Zambia is essential
• Possess traceable experience in the delivery of CSE
• Strong community mobilisation skills
• Experience working with schools, communities and young people
• Project implementation experience
• Experience in training and facilitation is essential
• Must have basic Research, M & E knowledge
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
