JOB DETAILS:
The position requires a dynamic, self-motivated person with proven Public Relations experience and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Key responsibilities
• Strategic planning and budgeting
• Formulation of Public Relations policies and procedures,
• Ensuring attainment of customer satisfaction.
• Performance management -supervises, appraises, coaches, trains, disciplines and motivates subordinates in order to achieve departmental objectives thereby contribute to achievement of company objectives and overall ewsc mandate
• Design and implement the public relations policies and procedure
• Management of customer relationship activities
• Efficiently producing and effectively disseminating approved publicity materials, developing good relationship with customers, stakeholders and the media.

Qualifications
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Degree Public Relations, Mass Communication or Journalism
• Diploma in Public Administration will an added advantage
• Computer literate – fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
• Three years working experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and innovative with pleasant personality, able to plan and organize events, good communication skills, humble, polite nature and assertive attitude
