JOB DETAILS:
Preference goes to fitters that have worked in mines or with mining machinery.
The incumbent will be responsible for daily inspection of all maintenance equipment and the upkeep of all records, inspection on all pumps, gearboxes and pipes etc. His main duties including but not limited to: Carry out duties as detailed in the maintenance schedule and as per maintenance manual Respond to plant breakdowns based on requests as detailed on the job card Perform upgrade activities as per instructions Ensure the implementation of preventative maintenance Comply to the Fuchs health and safety policies and procedures, at all times and immediately report any incidents Compile and submit the required paperwork as and when required Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical components and plant equipment Complete paperwork in accordance with quality procedures and good housekeeping practices.
Install, repair and maintain mining machinery. .
