JOB DETAILS:
The Software Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Tester role team member will develop, validate, and maintain software tests to exercise quality assurance of software products.

Education & Work Experience
• Experience in QA testing, testing tools, product insight, debugging issues
• Familiarity with UX/UI design and practices
• 3+ years experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control testing
• Proficient with Microsoft Tools and Google Docs
• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar degree

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
• Develop, maintain, and improve test approach and test process for multiple projects
• Improve design quality and user experience by suggesting enhancements
• Design test plans and scenarios, and execute test cases
• Create procedures and best practices for software test execution
• Develop, measure, and report on software testing metrics
• Analyze defects and issues and document accordingly
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies
• Update and maintain software testing environments as needed
