JOB DETAILS:
Time Petroleum Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Operations and Commercial Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background and in-depth knowledge of the Zambian Fuel Value Chain.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Operations and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
• Retail Outlet Management: Oversee and expand our brand presence across the country through effective management of retail outlets.
• Tanker Fleet Management: Take charge of our tanker fleet, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of petroleum products.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the implementation of safe and efficient operational procedures within our facilities.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to ground staff, focusing on automation and operational efficiencies.
• Market Growth: Develop and execute suitable market strategies to maintain and grow our market share.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture customer relationships while delivering effective fuel management solutions.
• Regulatory Representation: Act as the company's representative on regulatory matters within the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Educational Background: A degree in business management or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the petroleum industry, with at least 3 years at the middle management level.
• Retail Outlet Management: Demonstrated experience in handling retail outlets.
• Fuel Station Automation: Deep knowledge and experience with fuel station automation systems such as Auto Tank Gauging and Point of Sale.
• Leadership: Mature and professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead a team.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients.
